The natural ingredients in this juice recipe help support a healthy digestive system.
Cabbage is a popular natural ulcer remedy. It is rich in glutamine, a compound that helps heal stomach ulcers.
Cucumbers are an alkaline food rich in nutrients that assist in healing gastric and duodenal ulcers.
Alfalfa sprouts are also amazing for your digestive system. they help prevent indigestion, bloating, nausea and stomach ulcers.
A surprisingly light-tasting juice given its dark colour. The taste reminds me of eating a red radish. It has a peppery bite and is watery and refreshing.
