I call this juice the revitaliser which means to impart new life. It contains Vaccinium, a Latin word for many of the berries we eat. They are nature’s form of a natural vaccine (which means the prevention of disease).
The texture of this juice is creamy and thick like a smoothie. The flavour deliciously fruity and sweet as honey.


  • 1 Mango
  • 1/2 Pineapple
  • 1 punnet Blueberries (125g)
  • 1 punnet Strawberries (125g)
  • 1 Red Apple


  • Cut down each side of the large stone
  • Cut each half into halves
  • Juice with skin on
  • Slice off the outer skin
  • Cut into long thin strips to fit down the chute
  • Chop the core into small chunks
  • Juice whole
  • Pull off the small green leaves, you can juice them if you want
  • Juice whole
  • Remove the stems and remove any stickers
  • Juice apples whole with skin and seeds.
  • Cut in half or quarters if too big to fit into the wide chute


  • You need to start making this juice with the mango. You don’t get a lot of juice, but you do get a lot of flavour if you put it into the machine first. Add one piece at a time and let the juicer press them fully.
  • Next add the pineapple core followed by the pineapple strips to push the mango through.
  • Drop all the blueberries in at once followed by the strawberries. Now let the juicer run for a minute to push the soft fruits through.
  • Finish with the hard apple to extract the maximum amount of juice from the berries.
  • Tip: Some people have a sensitivity to mango skin and may need to peel them before juicing.
