This juice really packs a flavour punch.
Pineapple is a perfect pairing with the sweet and savoury flavours of carrot and ginger. The lime adds a nice zing! It is a perfect way to start any morning and is a great summertime juice.


  • 1/2 Pineapple
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1/2 Lime


  • Thinly slice the outer skin leaving most of the yellow flesh intact
  • Cut the flesh into long strips about two fingers wide
  • Cut the core from the middle strips and dice in small cubes
  • Cut carrots lengthwise down the middle
  • If larger carrots are used cut again lengthwise into quarters
  • Remove the orange skin leaving as much white pith as possible
  • Cut in half or quarters if too big to fit into the wide chute
  • Thinly slice the outer skin
  • Cut into slices


  • I like to start making this juice with the cap closed on the cold press juicer to blend the pineapple and carrot together.
  • Juice the pineapple strips followed by the pineapple core that you cut into cubes.
  • Next add the carrots halves to blend with the pineapple before releasing the juice by opening the smart cap.
  • Juice the oranges whole followed by the lime slices.
