Bring the sunshine into the kitchen this summer with these wonderful, tropical flavours. It is the perfect juice recipe to have cold sitting on the beach somewhere in the sun.
The tropical flavour really shines through in this juice. The texture is thick and creamy and the aroma really does light up the senses.


  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 5 passionfruits
  • 2 mangoes
  • 250 ml coconut water


  • Slice off the outer skin
  • Cut into long thin strips to fit down the chute
  • Chop the core into small chunks
Passion fruit
  • Cut in half
  • Scoop out the seeds and pulp into a small bowl
  • Add the flesh and seed together
  • Cut down each side of the large stone
  • Cut each half into halves
  • Juice with skin on


  • To start making this juice add all the passionfruit pulp to the chute, this way you will pick up more passionfruit flavour from pressing the other ingredients. You will hear some crunching of the seeds which is okay.
  • Next add the mango pieces one at a time. They are very soft so allow the juicer to press them before adding more.
  • Next add the pineapple pieces followed by the pineapple core last.
  • To finish the juice close the smart cap and add the coconut water to the juicer. Let it rinse and wash around inside the juicer before opening the cap and releasing the water into the juice. It will pick up more flavours by doing it this way.
  • Tip: When buying a passion fruit, choose a large, heavy, firm one. When ripe, it has wrinkled, dimpled, deep purple skin. Skin is old looking, but does not mean the fruit is rotten. Mold does not affect quality and can be wiped off.
  • Tip: You have to try this recipe frozen in one of our ice block moulds. Simply pour the juice into the mould and freeze. I place a small piece of pineapple under the stick to keep it straight.
