Wow, this juice tastes seriously good!!!
The ingredients are packed with many health benefits known to cleanse the blood of plaque and promote good bacteria in the colon. It has a sweet vegetable flavour with a slightly peppery taste from the radishes and a nice tang from the whole lemon and sauerkraut juice.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Radishes
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 baby Beetroot
  • 2 tbsp Sauerkraut Juice
  • 2 Red Apples
  • 1 Lemon

Preparation

Radish
  • Cut in half
  • Juice with skin on
 
Carrots
  • Cut carrots lengthwise once
  • If larger carrots are used cut again lengthwise
 
Beetroot
  • Cut in half
  • Juice with skin on (you can also juice the leaves and stems)
 
Sauerkraut
  • Pour off 2 tbsp of juice into a small container
  • If you don't have enough juice you can put some of the sauerkraut through the juicer
 
Apples
  • Remove the stems and remove any stickers
  • Juice apples whole with skin and seeds
  • Cut in half or quarters if too big to fit into the wide chute
 
Lemon
  • Remove stickers and cut off any hard end points
  • Slice lemons into rounds with skin on to give more flavour and get more juice from each lemon

Instructions
 

  • Keep the cap closed at the start to blend the 1st couple of ingredients.
  • Begin juicing with the radishes followed by the carrots one half at a time. Go slow and let the machine juice each one before adding in another.
  • Next add the beetroot halves and sauerkraut juice. Let the juice mix in before opening the cap to release the juice into the jug.
  • Next juice each of the apples straight into the jug and finish with the slices of lemon.
  • Tip: Juice about two dozen radishes, add one-fourth of a teaspoon of witch hazel and put in a spray bottle. Use as an underarm deodorant or to reduce foot odour.
