Certain flavour combinations work well together, like apple and ginger and in this recipe, it is the coconut and lime flavour that is one of my favourites. The tropical coconut notes with zesty lime flavour just works. It is also great cold and last for 3-4 days in the fridge.
It is sweet, tart, and bitter all at the same time and I love the kick of spice you get from the ginger afterwards. You must try this combination!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lime
  • 1 cup grapes white
  • 1 piece ginger 5cm
  • 500 ml coconut water

Preparation

Lime
  • Thinly slice off the outer skin (you can juice it but it adds bitterness)
  • Cut in halves or into slices or juice whole
Grapes
  • Remove the woody stems
  • Juice whole grapes with skin on
Ginger
  • Cut off a 5cm thick piece
  • Cut into thin slices leaving the skin on

Instructions
 

  • This juice is super easy to make.
  • Start with the cap of the juicer closed. Add all the ginger pieces to the chute.
  • Next add the lime, I find that slices or halves releases more flavour and juice. You can put all the lime in at once.
  • Next add the grapes, again you can drop them all in at once. Let the juicer press everything before releasing the juice by opening the smart cap.
  • To finish I close the cap again and pour the coconut water into the juicer to rinse out more of the flavours then release the cap to let the water mix into the juice.
  • Tip: If the pears are really soft, juice one pear then one orange and repeat. Try to get firmer pears, they give more juice and are easier to press
