If you have had one too many drinks over the holiday season than this is the perfect juice recipe to help get you back on track.
Grapes are in season at this time, for exactly this reason. The juice is light and refreshing and a great substitute for the evening beverage. The taste is sweet, tart and thirst quenching.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams green grapes
  • 2 green apples
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime
  • 750 ml sparkling mineral water

Preparation

Grapes
  • Remove the woody stems
  • Juice whole grapes with skin on
Apples
  • Remove the stems and remove any stickers
  • Juice apples whole with skin and seeds
  • Cut in half or quarters if too big to fit into the wide chute
Mint
  • Remove the leaves from the woody stems
Lime
  • Thinly slice off the outer skin
  • Cut into slices

Instructions
 

  • Start with the apples. Add them whole one at a time to the wide chute.
  • Next add the handful of mint leaves followed by the lime.
  • Add the grapes in handfuls letting the juicer fully press each handful before adding the next.
  • Once you have finished making the juice mix in the sparkling mineral water and serve over ice with a extra wedge of lime.
