Faux Champagne or Mock Champagne can be easily made at home. It is a perfect celebratory drink for baby showers, those who do not drink, and for kids who want to celebrate, recovering alcoholics or the designated driver of the night.
A mocktail is a non-alcoholic drink consisting of fruits, herbs, iced tea, soda water, ginger ale or mineral water. The word "Mocktail" comes from the word “mock” meaning to mimic or imitate at cocktail. Sometimes called a fruit punch or virgin cocktail.
Just like making a fresh juice using fresh produce is best and remember to jazz them up with a little bit of garnish.

  • Cut the pineapple in half and then into quarters
  • Slice off the outer skin
  • Chop into small cubes
  • Remove each individual grape from the stem

  • Close the cap on the juicer to blend the 2 ingredients.
  • Begin juicing the grapes. I put them in handfuls at a time. They juice really well.
  • Next juice the pineapple pieces a few chunks at a time. It is best to take your time with pineapple as it it very fibrous. Sometimes you need to chop the core into smaller pieces if the pineapple is too dry.
  • Release the blended juice and pour the ginger beer into the juice jug.
