This is a very refreshing and juicy green juice, making it perfect if you’re looking to get a heap of cleansing chlorophyll without that overwhelming green taste.
If you have never juiced Bok Choy before I highly recommend it as the flavour is light and crisp and Apples are nature’s healers so when they combine with the other ingredients in this juice, they enhance the nutritional components of the juice.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bunches Bok Choy
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 Green Apples
  • 1 Lemon

Preparation

Bok Choy
  • Chop the end off to separate from the stem
  • Roughly chop
 
Cucumber
  • Cut in chunks to fit down the chute
  • Juice with skin on
 
Apples
  • Remove the stems and remove any stickers
  • Juice apples whole with skin and seeds.
  • Cut in half or quarters if too big to fit into the wide chute.
 
Lemon
  • Remove stickers and cut off any hard end points
  • Slice lemons into rounds with skin on to give more flavour and get more juice from each lemon.

Instructions
 

  • Always start this juice with the leafy greens of the Bok Choy, this will help extract the maximum amount of green chlorophyll from the leaves.
  • Next, juice the cucumber chunks followed by the apples.
  • Finish the juice with the lemon slices.
  • Tip: When shopping make sure the bok choy is crisp and the leaves have not gone yellow.
