This is my ‘go to’ juice recipe. It’s simple, great for detoxing and it tastes amazing! I always have apples, lemons and ginger on hand at home so it’s the type of juice you can always make even if you don’t think you have any ingredients. It is sweet, sour and tangy with just a hint of spice from the ginger.

Juicing Tip: If you love ginger like I do put an extra serve in this juice as it really goes well with the apples and lemons. You can use red apples if you like it sweeter.
